The Korean-American Grocers Association of
Greater Richmond (KAGRO) would like to extend to you and your guests a cordial
invitation to our Twenty Fourth Annual Scholarship Award Ceremony and Banquet.
Please join us, as well as our other distinguished guests, and KAGRO members in
recognizing the accomplishments and hard work of these young students from the
communities we serve.
We are all aware of the high costs
associated with higher education these days, as well as the heavy burden
imposed on students who finance their education by means of student loans. As a
way of saying thank you and giving back to the communities we serve, the KAGRO
Scholarship Program seeks to help ease the burden for deserving college
students from these communities that have for years supported our member
businesses. KAGRO members believe that a good education and hard work are the
best path to success in life. We would like to do our part in not only
recognizing the hard work of these bright young students, but also to provide
an incentive for them to continue their education.
